Photo Week #17
What an eventful past week! Started off with watching my first (and maybe only…) baseball game of the season. The next two days involved appointments and a small dance performance and then…
HAMILTON! Which met and exceeded my expectations to the point where I was tearing up in the first half because it was just so good. We managed to wait by the theater door afterwards and I got to take this fun picture with the Hamilton actor! He was so soft spoken and kind and down to earth. We watched Hercules Mulligan slip through the barriers and walk off alone on the streets of San Francisco. Theater people are the best.
I got to play tourist with my friends on a beautiful Friday – San Francisco can be pretty nice sometimes. We went to Tartine Manufactory and oohed and aahed for a short bit over the moody shadowy lighting but didn’t really try too hard to take good photos. We also walked through Golden Gate park after mistakenly visiting the de Young museum in search of the Monet exhibit, then went to the Legion of Honor (my favorite museum) for the exhibit which had a lot of words to read for a special exhibit.
Wrapped up the weekend with a bridal shower – where is the time going? In less than twenty days this one will be married…!
