Photo Week #30

A scene from hosting my birthday lunch! On the menu was an avocado corn salad, clam linguine, pork chops, peach pie, and molasses cookies. It was a little hectic getting everything put together on time, but I enjoyed my mini self-imposed Top Chef challenge and I think everything tasted mostly okay.

This past weekend I am learning the price of fun, though - my back is aching! My sleep has been horrible! Junie has been slightly needier because she has been getting less attention! All these trade offs for a couple hours of fun - was it worth it? That is a question I have been asking myself lately...
